We hope you are satisfied with the products you purchase from our store. However, if that’s not the case, please contact our customer service at contact@glamorista.shop for return information. You can return the product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. After receiving the returned product and conducting a check, we will refund the payment to your original payment channel if it doesn’t affect secondary sales. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please use tracking to ensure it’s safely returned to us.

Repair Policy:

Quality and lifespan are crucial to us, but things can happen. If you need a repair within the first six months of wearing it, I’m happy to repair it for free. Customers are responsible for round-trip postage.

After six months, a small fee may be charged depending on the extent of the repair.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement.
